  1. It is not the power requirement you should worry about but the best resolution for the games you want to play -

You'd best have a PSU that allows head room on the 12v rail so I'd say, roughly, that you'd need a 650 watt PSU.

According to these two reviews - http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_260_review,4.html and http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-gtx-280,1953-25.html

The GTX260 uses 25W at idle and 182W at full load.

Thanks a lot ,its not much as I found:)
  5. Idle power is 31w. Maximum is 168w.

Idle is basically surfing the web and excludes watching any videos.

Maximum means running FurMark which stresses the graphics card more than an actual games does. Probably why it's not recommended to run that benchmark for a prolonged period of time.

Click below for power consumption at various states:

  6. "Idle is basically surfing the web and excludes watching any videos."

I think that "idle" refers to no apps running, just being at desktop because watching video requires usage, web surfing is almost like heavy usage because of the extra loading of flash animations in most web sites.
