Specs for the rig I'm planning to build, would this work?

Okay, so I've been saving for a while now to get a good performance gaming pc built and delivered to me and After a long time of asking you guys, and researching I've come up with a list of specs. Here they are.

CPU : intel i5 3570k
Motherboard : 1155 asus P8B75-M LX
RAM : 8GB DDR3 Kingston 1333 (2 x 4GB)
Intergrated sound card
Cooling : Corsair hydro h60 liquid cooler
CD Reader : 22X Samsung SATA
HDD : 1000GB SATA Hard drive
GPU : ATI 7870 2GB
CiT Mars Midi tower gaming case with 2x red LED Fans and LED Display
CiT 700W PSU

Yeah, so that's what I've selected on http://www.cougar-extreme.co.uk/ but I'm unsure on a couple of things.

1. Am I overdoing it with the liquid cooler?
2. Would the PC be capable of playing games such as BF3, BO2 or even crisis 3 on at least medium graphics settings.
3. Would it all fit?

You should get a z77 motherboard since your getting a CPU with an unlocked multiplier. Also, you didnt specify enough on the HDD.

Change the PSU out for a Seasonic of Corsair

1. Youre overdoing it because of the motherboard youre buying. B75 wont allow you to overclock that cpu, and even so you could get an air cooler cheaper (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo)

3. Itll all fit in the case, and is all compatible

1) yes, if you plan to oc any, i'd suggest a z77 chipset board, even then the liquid cooler is sorta a waste as a noctua nh-14 is better, quieter and cheaper.

3) it should. but i suggest a different psu... something like a seasonic , corsair or antec

What's your budget?
Have you considered building it yourself? Or even having a local custom assembler build it? Pretty much any option is going to be far more efficient than sites like that.
If you do decide to stick with that build and site (which I do not recommend), you should change your mobo to a Z77. The B75 will mean that your -k processor is essentially wasted money, due to not allowing overclocking. You should also consider an air cooler. Most mid-range closed-loop liquid coolers are pretty well squashed as far as performance by their air cooling equivalents.

sounds decent, but your cooler will only make your system more silent, unless you plan to OC it, you could save yourself 50$ for a good normal cooler, so it is not the end of the world. But the rest of your build will make a great PC when you think bang for the buck.

Okay, I've switched the B75 for a gigabyte z77 motherboard. I'm also thinking of using a gelid tranquilo cooler instead of a liquid one. This should save me a bit of money

As stated above, I would get a better PSU. Corsair or Seasonic in the 600-650w range would be enough for a single GPU system. Depending on your budget, it might be better to look at an FX 8320 or 8350 based rig. It would allow you to get a better graphics card if budget constrained.
