On the MB, there are 3 Chassis fan connectors - my Antec 900 case fans are working, as I connect them to 1 working connector - 2 of the connectors won't power the fans at all.

I get no POST, no video out.
I don't have any DRAM LED - and pressing the button does not provide me an LED light of any sort.
All other LED's on the MB appear to indicate no problems.

I'm thinking either a bad MB, but not sure.
I have 2 8Gx2 GSKILL DDR3 memory installed. Will test with a single next.

Any thoughts?

Oh, sorry, Yes, this is a new Motherboard, CPU, RAM and a fairly new case. Antec 900 and a new, updated Power Supply - Thermaltake TR2 (so enough power).
And the MB has the EATX 12v connector properly plugged in too.

Man, not paying attention.
CPU fan spins/works, although not very fast (I can stop it by a slight touch). Top Chassis fan works, one other fan *front of case, in front of hard-drive bay" works.

The other 2 chassis fan connectors on the Motherboard don't work - if I plug in the hard-drive bay fan into all 3 power connectors on the MB, only 2 work.

Just tried 1 RAM stick, in A1 or A2 memory slots - same result.
I pulled out my sound card (only other board plugged in) - no change

I get an onboard LED
I never can get a DRAM LED, even if I press/hold the MEMORY OK button.

The Power Supply worked fine with my old Motherboard/CPU/RAM.
