Asus P8Z77-M GMV.

The Asus board has better build quality, but feature-wise ASRock wins -- more USB ports, 4+2 power phase design vs Asus's 4+1, 4x PCIe vs 3x PCIe + 1x PCI, better audio.

I chose Asus despite all the features because they're not big differences. Asus's UEFI is much better than ASRock's and has better special features than the ASRock board.

Oh, then definitely the ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M gets my vote over the Asus one. Can support SLI/CrossFireX including 3- and 4-way. Not that 3- or 4-way are too important. It has great UEFI features on-par with the Asus one.

Both are very good, Asrock stuffs their motherboards with shitloads of features and for the price its much more, where as the Asus has their Digi-VRM and all those goodies. So if you are on a budget go with the Asrock but if you want the best of the two, the Asus would work
