I just recently upgraded from 8 GB of RAM to 16. I have Windows 7 Pro. My motherboard is GA-P55a-ud3. In the BIOS it says only 8 are installed. In Windows it says 16 are installed but 7.99 are usable. I checked in msconfig and the max memory is not checked.
I see no place in the BIOS where i can set how much RAM is installed.
