the asrock m3a785gxh/128 motherboard comes with a sli/crossfire switch card does this mean u can sli 2 nvidia card in it

Your MB does not support sli, but when you search google you will find some like hack sli on CF MB, and sure, you might be able to run hacked drivers to enable some sli functionality on some certain chipsets or motherboards. I don't try it. If you try it then sure you are on your own.
