Radeon 7660d vs radeon 6670

Which one is better? And by how much? Will both of these run Crysis on low settings and resolution?

Get both and cross fire, that might just about be enough. But if you plan on playing Crysis 3 and similar games at 1080p, you should be looking at getting at least a 7850. Crysis 3 also needs a good quad core CPU.

If you just want to play Crysis 1, then the 7660d is enough.

7750 ddr5 or ddr3?
Which one would be better? 6670 ddr5 or 7750 ddr3?

Yes i have this playing at medium settings on bf4 at 1920x1080 at 50 fps.
And also the 7660D can be better than the 6670. The 6670 has VRAM (virtual ram) basically its the dedicated memory but built into it, the 7660D depends on the ram your computer has it has no dedicated ram because its built into the CPU if you have 8gb of ram or more go with the 7660D Because it will be faster if you have less than 8gb go with the 6670. To awnser your 2nd question yes these will play todays modern games. In fact crysis 3 is the most GPU demanding and i can play it at medium with my 7660D.
