Pc build check (no overclock)

Solution
If you are not overclocking then an H77 motherboard is good enough and cheaper (usually). As Envy said this build looks to be more for editing than gaming. If it were just a gaming rig we would say a i5 3470 is sufficient (again no overclocking) and 8 GB memory in a 2x4 config is sufficient.

It still works but is overpriced for just a gaming computer.

There are more numbers on the PSU.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817170010

Click on the picture of the PSU, and look at the specs on the sticker, you will see that the actual output is 400W, and max output is 550W.

400/550 = .73 = 73%

Anyone more knowledgeable can correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that is how it works.

That isn't quite how it works which is why I asked how you were coming up with the efficiency numbers. The efficiency varies based on output and you will have a efficiency based on the percentage output usually in 10-20% increments. The ones it have to meet are here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_Plus

The only way to do it usually entails expensive equipment which is why I just use the efficiency numbers you get from reviews or barring that the numbers required to get the rating.
