You will have to ask ASRock directly. What is the puirpose of your question? Are you trying to install an OS and the UEFI blocks it? The biggest dispute about UEFI is that some installations of it block the installation of anything but Windows or Redhat Linux. Otherwise UEFI is considered an improvement over EFI and older versions of BIOS.
