More about throttle cpu temp folding home
  1. so i guess I found the answer to my own question, the program TThrottle can be used to throttle any program including Folding@home and not just BOINC by temperature, you just have to find the process you want to throttle and add it.
  2. Is an aftermarket heatsink fan out of the question? You'll get more work units accomplished without the throttling

I doubt it with a laptop
  4. Lol, guess not - a cooling pad may help though (a little)
