I have no clue about what would be a nice replacement for my recently broken'XFX GeForce 8600 GT 256MB'.

Specs of the cpu are:
Case: 'Thermaltake Armor'
Motherboard: 'Asus P5N32 SLI Premium'.
Memory: 'Geil 4 GB'
Powering: 'Coolermaster realpower 550W 12V'

I have read about ATI 5570/5670 and about NVIDIA GT 430, though I havn't got a clue what the differences would be.

I don't really play a lot of games anymore, but if I am going to play I'd like it to run WoW & AoE III properly. Next to that I like to watch movies on high resolution.

I live in Brazil, so I would prefer a card with a slightly better cooling than a stock one (saw this detail in the "How to ask for advice"-thread).
Considering my budget, not too expensive: $100-200.

Also, if anyone has any tips of upgrading the cpu (through the open slots on the motherboard), I thank you!

Just found this and was wondering if it is a good option for replacement:

If there is a better option, let me know please!

The video cards you listed are 2 gens behind, almost 3 gens. I doubt you could even find them for sale.
This is a good gpu under 200 in the us i dont know the price in brazil

You cant upgrade a cpu through slots on the motherboard, you have to physically remove and replace the cpu which means taking off the cooler and thermal paste then taking the cpu out then putting a new cpu in which has room for error then re applying thermal paste and cooler. your motherboard is lga 775 which is old so you would have to upgrade your motherboard for a better cpu.
Plus, what cpu do you actually have?

Sorry, I had pc mistaken with cpu (noooooooob haha)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.1 or 2.3 gHz.
Thanks for the answer, though could you perhaps find a card on this site:

The one you listed is almost R$1000,- over here, my budget only goes up to R$400,-.... ;/

Still $200, though in the currency here it makes R$400, ± 1 dollar = 2 real.
The site I sent gives the prices in Real (R$).
I'd be really grateful if you could make me a suggestion from the site ^^
