What do you all think of this build so far, I was kinda on budget and had to get what I can as of right now, I'm planning to do alittle upgrade later.

AMD FX-8320
MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard
OCZ Agility 3 120 SSD
Antec P280 Case (replaced all fans with Noctura's fan)
Sapphire 7870 XT (Tahiti)
16 GB RAM
Antec high current 620W 80plus Bronze PSU
Antec Kuhler H20 920 water cooling
Logitech G19 gaming keyboard
G400 Mouse

For gaming? I'd recommend cutting the RAM down to 8 GB, and spending the cash on a better SSD. Not that the Agility 3 is downright bad, but there are faster, more reliable and only slightly more expensive SSDs around.

What is your build for? If you are gaming go with Intel I5

Its used for 70% gaming and 30% video encoding. Should I go with a better motherboard? if so, what would you recommand?

dont buy fx 8320 !!!!,their performance is very bad.fx 8350 is more better and good.buy 8350

Yea if you are overclocking the 8320 has been binned quite a bit lower than an 8350.
