Nvidia Shield/Ouya... Is It worth it?

I want to ask you gamers out there, do you guys think the Shield is worth it? I already have a (rooted) Nexus 7 with all the premium games and a ps3 dualshock controller. Will I want the Shield? Also I will be able to do the pc streaming with my future pc and laptop (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1676575/building-computer-advice.html), do you guys think that will be a quality feature? Also, What do you guys think about the Ouya?

is there any perticular feature from both product picked your interest? the worth will be different for each people.

ouya is cheap and some people might get it just to tinker around with the device. about shield the price alone may turn away many people and to be honest i dare to bet nvidia themselves might not expect to sell many of those. it is more like to showcase nvidia engineering capabilities and to attract more mobile game developer to their tegra platform.
