This is my build and im a little worried about what a micro atx is and if it is any good for mid to high gaming ? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/j/saved/1BaY
MicroATX is a size category of motherboards, a small one, to be specific. Generally, you only want to use it if your case is too small to allow a full ATX motherboard.
Also, you should really get 8 GB of 1600mhz RAM, if you can. Everything else looks alright.
Ok well i have a mid tower case it can fit a full size someone sent me this build could you suggest a motherboard for the same price but fully sized ? or doesnt it matter what size ?
- possible difficulties setting up your GPU to run in SLI/CF, unless you get a single slot GPU for the second PCIe slot
- depending on the SATA ports layout, the GPU may get in the way.
aside from those, they're fine for a single card gaming PC.

I'm afraid that I'm not well versed in UK prices. You might want to post a thread asking for a budget motherboard recommendation.
Smaller motherboards leave your components closer together, which is bad for cooling for a number of reasons.
Edit: Hazle makes a good point, with only one GPU there would be fewer issues.
This one would be superior, but it also costs more: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h77pro4mvp
Sorry that I can't help more in that regard, but the prices over there are different than in the US, so I can't be sure that I'm recommending the most efficient option.
