There are a few 1GB GTX 650 Ti Boosts on Newegg for $150. You have to bump it up to $170 to get the 2GB version. Even the 1GB version would be much better than the options you have listed.

I would say if you get this one, the 7770 is a good deal.

7790 2GB for price of 650Ti and it comes w/ bioshock, FC3: BD. or you get the 7770 get FC3 and FC3: BD , or the 650Ti BOOST with 192bit and have PhysX. All these cards have 128bit GDDR5 except for 650Ti BOOST which is 192bit GDDR5.
