nope not really a big deal how you OC, i happen to use the AMD Overdrive sometimes because i'm lazy and other times i get bored before i find the sweet spot for my computer, so i just leave it at the last known good working settings, which is a amd x3 720 BE oced to 3.45ghz running stable for 24 hrs on prime blend, so yea your choice lol.
