So the ivybridge CPU has a gpu built in. Will that gpu work along side one or two gtx 680's? Or will the card overtake the CPU graphics? Thanks for the help.

Solution

You dedicated graphics(the 680s) will do the work unless you install software like virtuMVP, which lets you use them together. Honestly though I have used virtuMVP and I saw a frame rate drop when using it.

So its pretty much useless for the average gamer. Im sure eventually they will figure out how to incorporate it into an SLI or Crossfire configuration to "help" gaming performance. O well I got all exited about Haswell for nothing.

Yeah I was hoping that they could improve gpu performance through the use of onboard when I first bought my ivy bridge but it was a no go. Maybe in a couple of years.
