Bit of a small HDD, but that's not a problem. Am I mistaken in my belief that you have the MicroATX version of the Extreme4 there?

Yes im putting a microATX version of it. Is that bad?

Not bad, per se, but not what I would do. If there any particular reason you want to use it?

I would like a mini ATX board so i dont have a really a big pc. One thing it is cheaper than the full one. I was either thinking a asus p8z77-m or asrock z77pro4-m

there is nothing wrong with micro ATX boards. Especially if you want better airflow and you aren't going to be doing any 3 way sli or anything like that. Anyway like i said before you should be good to go. everything should fit nicely, always remember to clean your computer :p

But your chosen case supports a full ATX. Getting a larger motherboard would not effect your system size, in this case. It's also only a $5 difference (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007KTY4A6/?tag=pcpapi-20), and with a full motherboard things aren't squeezed into such a small space, which will be quite helpful with heat should you choose to CrossFire at a later date.
As a more minor issue, a MicroATX motherboard looks really silly inside a mid tower. :p

Edit: That said, HillBillyAsian is correct, the MicroATX would not cause you any problems.
