Upgrading from 955be 4ghz to Fx 8120?

So I wanted to know is it worth to upgrade from phenom II 955 be on 4ghz to fx 8120?? I can upgrade the cpu and mobo for 30e so money is no a problem.. I have gtx 460 768mb oced very high,so its faster than gtx 470stock..
4Gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
Psu 550w real..(superflower)..
Is it worth or keep this cpu? for intel I need more money and now i dont have..

I wanted to sell my mb and cpu and buy am3+mobo and 8120.. Bit readed that its not better than my cpu for gaming and that it need a lot more power than my cpu..
For gpu i dont have the money now.. Os that big difference in ram? I might be able to biy an i5 2320,is that a good upgrade or just stay with my cpu until I cant get better cpus
