I recently rebuilt my computer with an Asus M5A78L-M LX plus motherboard, AMD FX 6300 cpu and 8 GB GSkill 1866 memory. I have manually set the timngs to the latency numbers and voltage on the DIMM label, but Windows 8 pro perfmon still shows the speed to be 1600 mgh? Is this normal or is there something I am missing in the timing settings?
