CPU in MIPS and power consumption

Power consumption is simple but is based on clock speed. The higher the clock the higher the consumption. You're better off searching for the processors that interest you reading about their power consumption.

i'm working on a simulation project for green cloud computing and i some need information about the processors. For mips i'v found the wiki site you'v send me and MaxxPi site and for power consumption in bit-tech, legionhardware and here. I was wondering if there is any other charts with processors mips and their power consumption

Maybe? MIPS isn't some thing that people refer to when measuring processor performance.
Here's the thing, you're looking for a straight answer with a number associated with it. That list may exist but there are some problems with that. One if the issues up front is every test of "horse power" (if you will) and power consumption is different. One test could have wattage at 130w. Another could have 135w. I doubt each test varies drastically, but the point is, you might not be able to find a list that says: i7 2700k uses average 132w at 3.4 Ghz. Then a test could show a different wattage at a different clock rate.
Besides, when you get to the tens or hundreds of MIPS, when does a MIP become irrelevant?
