Do these parts work together and is this build good?

I'm on a pretty low budget for an AMD build. I've configured one and it seems pretty good. Tell Me the settings you think I could play on modern games such as FC3, WoW, and crysis 3. Also, if you feel there's a need, reccommend me parts to change out. My budget is strictly $850 though. So upgrades can't be too much. I posted before but posted links and no descriptors. If you want more info than you can find them at ww.tigerdirect.com (Where I got the prices)

Mobo - MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 AM3+ Motherboard- $69.99
GPU - Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz 11199-19-20G Video Card -$214.99
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Desktop Module 4GB- $33.09
Case - Zalman Z9 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case- $59.39
PSU - Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply- $69.99
DVD - Lite-On IHAS124-04 Internal DVD Writer- $19.99
HDD - WD Black 500GB Desktop Hard Drive- $74.99
CPU - AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core 4GHz AM3+ Processor- 4GHz - Unlocked- $189.99
OS- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium- $99.99

P.S. I already have an old monitor that excepts dvi so I'll use that until I can afford a good monitor.

P.P.S. Would this water cooler be bought by itself and work? Like would I need any other parts for it? And how good is it?

8350 is quite powerful cpu, i don't think you'll need to overclock it right away, so no need for water cooler. Anyways i give more preference to air cooling, and can advise you good one, like CM Hyper 212 evo.
As for that psu, they're not food quality. Might fry your system one day. Get a quality PSU from Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or PC Power and Cooling, Silverstone. ~ 550w. At least 80+ bronze quality.

How about a ThermalTake PSU? They've some good ones that are cheap and about the same price as the Ultra. I'm on a tight budget so I'll only go Corsair if I have to. I'm trying to just get a good build and will improve later.

I think you should get the 8320 (since you plan on OC) and buy 2 x 4 GB module pair of RAM. Crysis 3 is a pretty system intense game (more than BF3). You will need more than 4 GB for smooth game play. I also agree with butremor, that PSU is garbage.

I know you are buying on a strict budget. However there are parts you should never skimp on and the PSU is one of them. I've always said this to people, build a computer as an investment, not as a quick replacement. You'll end up paying for it.

Much better quality:

What about this one? It's 750 watts and it's modular and just a little bit more. Or do I not need 750 watts for this build just 600? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2543335
Just tell me if it's worth getting a 750 modular Thermaltake over a 600 Corsair.

I've already given you pointers what to look for in PSU. barto posted two links for the PSUs that will fit your rig. Yet you're trying to get too much wattage and costlier PSUs. Well, now that it's on sale almost halves the price. Still having too much wattage is not recommended as it's never gonna be used and it will consume more electricity.

To butremor's point, unless you plan on SLI of CF or a bagillion harddrives, you don't need more than say 600w. Also, get off the concept that you only have to get one brand of product. Thermaltake is an OK brand but for that money, you can get higher quality.

Also, butremor, the PSU will only pull as much power as it needs.

This is what I would go with, you can OC the CPU to match the 8350, has a good cooler, double the RAM, faster GPU, and a bigger HDD.

as usual toms hardware forum trolls smack a power supply that's rated a 4.7 out of 5 from 900 plus HAPPY owners on tiger direct... i guess since it doesn't have the name thermaltake or cooler master it must be garbage.. Build your rig the way you want.

that all im saying... people who have actually bought the product and used it have a firm grasp on the performance of a product... Name shouldn't be a determining factor in whats good or not. Heck its easy for anybody to say hey buy a coolermaster or you should get a thermaltake.. I always take into account what customers are saying and how many are saying it. Deals are out there to be had if you do your research.

A more capable PSU is fine if thats what you want but to say that a certain PSU won't do the basic job it was intended to do for a decent price is unfair to a product that might be priced significantly lower than high end PSU's. The In thing is to buy 80+ gold PSU which I could care less about. here is an article that i stumbled upon a while back. it so true about 80+ http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1676808/parts-work-build-good.html

You don't need 80+ Gold, but you do need something that provides stable current and operates with some measure of efficiency (meaning it will deliver 700 watts if it says 700 watts on the box..)

If you read reviews for PSUs from brands like Ultra, you will get a working product generally, but the specs are sometimes exaggerated and someone who isn't aware might run in to problems.
