gigabyte 970A-d3 rev1.4 + amd 8350 Help me!!!

hello
I have a gybabye 970A-D3 REV1.4 With amd 8350 @4.5ghz
my memory is at 1600mhz
but i can't put my memory to 1600 because my board tell me "boot failure because overclocking and put this to 1333 mhz
what can i do ?

what brand of memory are you using? is it an overclocked edition? and try updating your bios

i have using this memory at 1600mhz with amd 965 and not problem but with amd 8350 i cant

it has nothing to do with the CPU, try resetting your CMOS and updating the bios

to reach 1600MHz, not only get it by enabling xmp, you need to higher cpu ratio to reach memory requirement.
