Fuzzy Text issue

Your DPI scaling might be misconfigured.
Right-click desktop -> Screen Resolution -> Make text and other items larger or smaller -> Set custom text size (on the right).
Make sure "Use Windows XP style DPI scaling" is checked.

I forgot to give more details, my monitor is new (Asus VS229H) but I've had it since Xmas without any problems whatsoever. I'm running at 1080. My GPU is a 4870. My CPU is the AMD 955 quad.
I've been playing around the settings in the resolution, browsers and Windows and can't figure it out so far. I also use the "nosquint" plug-in to make the text a bit larger so it'll be easier for me to read since I spend so much time working on my PC.
This all started happening just this week and it comes and goes, which is really odd. It'll go away for a little bit if I minimize the browser but, it comes back shortly afterward.
Right now, I'm at 125% DPI and already have Windows XP style DPI scaling checked.
