So what is the fix we are having this issue with a dell S2409 and ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro in a vista home premium system, first we thought it was the monitor and we swapped that out, then we thought it was the battery on the mother board and replaced that. It worked for a day or 2 now we are back to power save mode a black screen that never powers back up, we can only run in safe mode.
