560Gtx Ti vs 660 gtx non ti

Hey

I want to upgrade my PC but for now i want to change my video card, which card is best for gaming?Im good with cards but im undecided, the 660 gtx has only 192 bit that is a minus.I want it for gaming.

My Pc:

21.5 inch monitor 1920x1080

cpu:core 2 duo e7400 2.8( i will upgrade to i5 later this year)

ram:4 gb ddr2(i will upgrade to 8 gb ddr3)

660 gtx is better for sure. i had a 560ti 448 core and switched to a gtx660 and it was a nice increase in performance, regardless of the 192 bit memory interface.

just checking, but you know you'll have to buy a new motherboard for an i5 and use of ddr3 ram, correct?

go with GTX 660 because outperforms the GTX 560 ti greatly and your concern about the 256 bit bus wont be a problem. despite having a bigger bus the 560ti's memory bandwidth is low due to its lower memory clock so it wont utilize its memory bus properly and will give you poor performance compared to GTX 660
