I currently have HD 7850 1 GB Sapphire edition and i run games on 1600x900 resolution due to display limits. In some games like far cry 3,tomb raider, bioshock infinite i got sudden fps drop from 60 fps to 30 fps when i position camera to the sky.Setting of each games are on max except AA which is on Fxaa.

My Hardware Specs are-:
CPU- i3 3220 3.3 GHz
GPU- HD 7850 1 GB Sapphire edition (non overclocked)
RAM- 2 GB 1333 MHz evm
PSU- Mron 750W.

Why i am gotting these sudden FPS drops.it is due to RAM?
Should i upgrade RAM to additional 4 GB ,will it help me to get some extra fps in Games?

The direct drop from 60fps to 30fps is often caused by VSync being enabled in games.
Whenever the graphics card cannot pull out 60fps (e.g. when you're pointing to the sky), it will drop to 30fps, even though the graphics card may render at, say, 50fps, due to VSync. VSync locks your framerate commonly at 30 or 60 fps to prevent tearing. Hence, whenever your real output is 30-59fps, VSync drops it to 30fps; when it's 60fps or above, VSync locks it at 60fps.
Disabling the VSync in the games, or forcing to disable VSync from AMD's Catalyst Control Centre should fix the drop to 30fps, and instead will retain its maximum possible FPS.
