Pretty sure it's a GeForce 8800 GT 512MB.
It's in my Mom's desktop computer, a Dell XPS circa 2008.
This is the part number: 180-10393-0102-C01
It is no longer working. Lot of dust buildup inside the computer, I think that's what did it. She only uses the computer for email/facebook/youtube/photos. I'd like to just replace the card, since the rest of the computer seems to run fine.

Here is some information about the MOBO, gathered via CPU-Z by CPUID.com

Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
Model: 0TP406
Chipset: Intel X38 rev 00
Southbridge: Intel 82801IR (ICH9R) rev 02

This is the monitor she has attached to the computer, which I would rather not replace. so a card which can run this monitor is ideal. Shouldn't be a problem though. http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=BLK-S2409WB-PB-R

If I need to provide any more information please let me know. Tyvm.
