Hello i'm new here...i,m buiding a system and i need some opionions...

I,m thinking that if i replace the i3 with an amd a10 apu it could be stronger dont you think?but apu is more hungry for watts...

Meaning, unless you plan on using CS6 or hardcore rendering, you wont utilize 16 gigs of ram. Even modern games wont utilize 8 gigs. That being said, 8 gigs is the current "standard" for a gaming machine

Which of these cpu's is more <<future proof>> in the low end era of course?
An a10 apu or an i3?
I'am a casual gamer i only play strategy games in pc and occasionaly some multiplatforms from consoles...

Just hold off on buying a system for a short while as the new Haswell intel processors is rumoured to be announced soon and they will have better power saving technology
