Questions about replacing

I have an ASROCK pro 3 motherboard. I found that it cannot run sli setup. I want to get the asrock extreme 4 motherboard. My question is, can I just switch them out? Without having to do a clean install.

Like I don't want to have to re install windows, or the drivers. I literally just want to take out the pro3, and insert the extreme 4. will there be any issues if I do so? Sorry if I'm being vague.

If you have an oem version of windows, the key will not work. There's no sure answer if it'll work or not.

No, probably it won't work just replacing mobo's, cause the mobo's driver and controller will not match. So you have to do a reinstall (windows).
