Antec 1100 Case - Missing Fan Controller?

My new Antec 1100 case just arrived and I noticed something missing (I think). I haven't been able to find specifics on the fan controllers in the back that come with this case. It looks like there are 4 holes and only one is occupied with a switch (on/off for top fan). The other 3 that have L/M/H options are vacant. Is there anyone else that has this case that can let me know if it came missing parts or is this how it is supposed to be?

Look at the manual. It shows everything that comes with the case and makes mention of there being 1 switch that controls the LED's for the top fan lights and that's it, so I would say the answer is no, there is nothing missing from your case, and next time, don't make 2 threads 8 minutes apart.
