Can someone please list some good x79 overclocking motherboards, at all price ranges?

I just ordered an i7-3930k from intel retail edge for $216, and I need a new motherboard. I know lots of people have posted similar questions, but no one really lists good overclockers from the top of the price range, to the bottom. I'm not cheap, I just want to weigh my options to see if I really gain or lose anything by increasing my budget. I don't care about the form-factor, just that it can support at least two GPU's in SLI and Crossfirex, be able to get my CPU to atleast 4.5GHz (or more), and have somewhat decent support for water cooling accessories.

Edit: I would also like it to be able to support 64GB of RAM, if possible; I want to set up a RAM drive.

Basically almost any X79 motherboard will give you an overclock to 4,5 GHz or so. They are much more versatile when it comes to OCing compared to something like the Z77 which is very restrictive for overclocking RAM or increasing FSB. Of course they can be used for OCing as well, provided the board has at least 8-pin ATX power, enough capacitators and voltage regulators.
