Hello, i am looking for the best fan cooler for the Intel Core i7-3770K, I wasn't sure which one is the best and I don't want water cooling! Also i would need Thermal paste and i was wondering if ARCTIC MX-2 would be good enough for it.

Thank you! ^~^

That thermal paste should be good enough. For a 3770k I would say a Hyper 212 EVO should be enough assuming you don't go crazy with the overclocks. The next step up I would consider the Xigmatek Dark Knight II Hawk Edition or the NZXT Havik 140. Last but not least the high end coolers, Noctua NH-D14, Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme, and Phanteks PH-TC14PE.

These were ordered from lowest to highest price(s),

I will be doing some overclocking but it won't be a ton.. and there is no real price range I'm stuck at (: and thanks for all the answer so far!
