I just bought a brand new PC and for some reason when I boot up it hangs on the MSI Splash screen. The only way it works is if I unplug my usb keyboard and mouse from the motherboard. How do I fix this? I do not want to keep unplugging my usb mouse and keyboard each time I want to boot up. Any help would be appreciated!

well that's another issue, my usb ports in the front do not work.. I am going to call customer service but in the mean time there should be another solution than simply unplugging things from the back permanently. That would be a waste because that would mean I would not be able to use the back USB ports.

OKAY so I figured out that it's not the usb ports it's a certain thing i'm using (razer naga) the only way it will boot past bios is if i unplug my razer naga from the back. With that said I have a MSI 760GM-P34 (FX) motherboard. I looked at the boot sequence in bios and it doesnt boot from any usb ports (weird) it has the hardrive as the first one and then cd/dvd as the second. I dont know why it's acting iffy with the razer naga mouse.
