AMD Athlon II X3 455
1x4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
GeForce GTS 240
1xOptical Drive
1XCase Fan
1xHDD 320 GB

I currently have this PSU:
http://www.blueberry-eu.com/main.php?action=filter&group=prod&producer=power&subgroup=psb520

My graphics card gets hot and my DVDs and CDs also get hot, but my overall system temperature is normal. Could the psu cause this because it has only 14 A on the 12 V rail?

I am planning to get this one:
http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=247&area=en

Is SilverStone a good brand? Will this PSU be enaugh?

Solution
It is normal for graphics cards and DVDs to get hot, it doesn't mean that that your PSU is faulty. Also, how much exactly is "hot"? what are the temperatures?
The Silverstone PSU is a good PSU and it is much better from the one you currently have. It is recommended that you will get Silverstone for the safety of your system, but it will probably not going to make your hottest components run cooler, an extra fan will.

DVDs get very hot in minutes and i am wondering is it because the PSU doesn't have enaugh power for the DVD reader. My graphics card is about 60 degrees celcius on idle and the card uses 120 W max.
I can have only one case fan connected to my motherboard and my case has a place for 80mm rear, 120mm front. Currently my fan is on the back and it is outtake, should i replace it with an 120mm intake at the front?
