Asus a53sv bios problem

Someone please help me. I suddenly press flash bios on bios. Then my laptop restart. After that just a blank screen. No more bios and asus logo loading anymore. How do i fix This? Recovery or any else. Please do help Me. :(

Remove your ram, hold the off button for 5s.
and then put it back.
after that try again.
Its work for me.
