Well, either side of the radiator. The H100 comes with 2 Corsair fans, but fans can be mounted on either side of the rad. So you would mount two fans pushing air through the radiator and two fans pulling air out the other side. The two exhaust fans would be the ones you would mount to the roof.

Yep, right here it says you can mount 2 120mm in the top:

If you ask a modder though, they'll tell ya you can make it fit anywhere with a little modification. So yeah, it looks like there could be room in the front for a 240 rad, but it may take some mounting creativity.

Well the BitFenix fans are pretty good from what I've heard. What I would do is add two more Corsair fans so you can control them through the Corsair link. Check for clearance first, but I think you could easily do a push-pull in the top of the Colossus.

The H100i comes with Corsair link for monitoring coolant temps and fan speed. You don't need additional hardware, just download the software.

I was suggesting Corsair fans so they would work with the existing stuff.

Now, if you are planning on doing some lighting and so forth, I do think the Corsair link kits are pretty nice. If you wanted to go all out then I'd get the lighting and cooling kit. But you will already have fan monitoring capability, so to save a bit of money you could always just get the lighting kit.

Can you link the lighting kit. I got all the stuff ready but still didnt build it.
The only mistake was getting the titan didnt know the 690 was better for a single screen gaming.
Might go sli and a third screen dont know yet.
