there's walk arounds for external graphics cards but i wouldn't consider it due to the lack of bandwidth.
unless you're talking about installing an actual dedicated mobile video card in that they're most of the time soldered directly to the mainboard.
i don't think those laptops can be upgraded i'm sorry.
