As said in title, it suddenly spiked to 100% when I was playing a game. Here's the thing, it was draining performance FROM my game for unknown reason and lasted after I turned the game off.
I asked another forum but they do not know what's wrong. They thought I had a benchmark or something running in the background, which I was not running anything.
The game that was played is called Warframe and I know there are some performance issues with effects, especially up close, but not until like this.
Can anyone help me?
