I am helping my friend make a computer, but I'm a bit busy to look for parts and he has no idea what to look for. I'm only building it for/with him. He wants a medium end gaming computer that can process videos easily. He also wants an SSD, 75-150 Gb, if possible. The budget is about $500-$600 (He won't tell me exactly how much).

Also, I think it would be easier for him to purchase through Tiger Direct or Newegg.
