PSU Suggestion for mini-ITX Build

I’m going to do a mini-ITX build to replace my wife’s antique HP Pavillion using the new Lian Li PC-Q27 case and could use some help on choosing a power supply. The case is passively cooled with no fans. This is not going to be a problem in terms of components as I’m not going to install a video card but run off the Intel i3 integrated graphics on a Gigabyte GA-Z77N-WIFI MoBo. She will be using the computer only for normal things such as word processing, Internet and the occasional Excel spreadsheet. The case accepts a ATX size PSU and the only things I will need to connect besides the MoBo are a SSD OS drive, a 1TB data HDD and the DVD/CD optical drive. It looks like I don’t need anything more than 450W (if that) but since I’ve only built ATX units in the past and working with a small case ‘might’ be a challenge (where to put all the extra wires) I would welcome some PSU suggestions. Finally, I assume using the stock Intel CPU cooler should be just fine for this type of system, correct?

Thanks. I took a look at this and it notes that the Corsair has an 8 pin connector to the MoBo. Does this split into a 4x4? This MoBo only takes a 4 pin into the axillary power slot.
