The 650 Ti Boost is marginally better than the HD 7850 when both are at stock (~3% better on average).

The 7850 would be better at higher resolution because it is 256bit compared to the 650's 192bit memory bus. If you plan on overclocking though, I would suggest the 7850 2gb, I have personally gotten it to 1250/1500 MHz on stock cooling, it's a great overclocker

Do you use MSI afterburner to overclock it? If not what do you use?
