I dont really have much experience with this sort of thing, but I shall try my best to describe what I am after.
Basically, I am looking to build a low budget PC to act as a storage server which can be accessed from my main machine.
Is this something I should build myself? If so, can anyone suggest a build?
Or should I just look at a NAS or something similar?
Also, if this pc was to have movies/music on it, would these be playable over the network without having to copy them over to my main pc?
