Maybe you need to apply fresh thermal paste. Get a good paste and apply.
The BSOD's might be caused due to the CPU overheating. The paste ensures better thermal conductivity and helps in cooling.
hope this helps.

I removed one RAM and turn on the PC and it worked then i removed the first one and inserted the second one the PC was working the way it should be then i tried changing the PSU with my older PC and the PC was working fine then too. The problem is i can't identify when or what Application or software or hardware cause this problem.

Well I have tried to leave it idle but the BSOD doesn't appear. Will the problem occur because of partition. When I installed fresh Windows 7 there were three partitions. I merged E and D and it really got messed up but luckily PC was working. The space didn't merge instead E got in D means if i want to go to E first i have to go to D.

Try opening a large program like Photoshop, a game, any Microsoft Office application, etc. Pick one and open it. Don't open them all. Do it for a while -- close program, open program, close program, etc. See if the computer throws out a BSOD. Basically, I'm trying to see what triggers it. Something you did must have.

Well i play far cry 3 many times which always take the cpu usage to around 80% to 85% and I will try opening and closing it again!!!

Well I tried and BSOD didn't happened!!! I am confused how can BSOD occur without any clue. I will try installing a fresh Windows.

Right you got any other intensive usb devices eg printer, external HD that aren't currently plugged in. If so plug one in and try and use it and See if it BSOD's
