Hello.
#1 - Check if all the connections are made properly.
#2 - Update your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version and then try the next process. (Install just the old memory to update the BIOS)
#3- If the above is a Yes, then remove all the memory modules and install the ones which you have bought recently. Try one module at a time and see if boots and repeat the process with the next module.
#4 - If one module boots and the other doesn't then one might be defective or incompatible and the answer is the same if both or more modules are defective or incompatible.
If you are not sure how to try these process or if it seems gibberish to you then submit an RMA as mentioned in post #2 and try a different vendor.
