If you're on a tight budget, I would wait until next month when Haswell is released. There should be discounts coming up for older generation CPU's.

Is it worth it? That's a hard question to answer. For me, if my budget would allow me to get those parts, then I would. If I have to go over budget to get them then no.

u will never notice any difference between i5-3570 and i5-3470
but a gtx 670 would definitely be worth it if u can afford it
