You can load the XMP profile in BIOS. Just browse for advanced settings, or OC section (the memory frequency part) and you should find some item to load profile. Load whatever you have available (for me, it was Profile1).

LE: XMP profile is different from BIOS profile. XMP profile is a configuration set for your RAM which is stored on the sticks themselves and contains information about frequency and latencies. Upon loading this profile (possible only on Ivy Bridge platform: CPU&chipset), the motherboard will set the corresponding items according to this information.

on a ud5 board dont think that is possible to load xmp profile..(am3+)

I don't know what is a ud5 board, but I think Liamrox287 said:



According to the specs, this mobo supports the loading of XMP profile.
