big bang marshal (b3) usb 3.0 not working

hi there!

i have an issue with my usb 3.0 , i did a fresh install of my windows install all my driver from Lu , and when i plugged in my usb device DT111 3.0 nothing happened , i can't see it any where it's simply not detecting it at all

i checked in my bios and usb 3.0 is enable
