It's really a hard decision for me to choose one of them out of these 2 :( .
I mostly use this rig for gaming, and some for video programming like Sony Vegas, resolution 1920x1080 no higher than that (no multimonitor), and I don't know if I should overclock it or not :( ,

here are the 2:

RADEON 7970:

GTX 670 FTW:

My Specs:
Mobo: asrock extreme 4
CPU: I5-3570k
PSU: CX 750W
Rams: CORSAIR Vengeance 8gb (2x4gb)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro

I would go with the 7970. For some reason your links didn't work for me, they just went straight to Newegg's homepage but you pretty much can't go wrong with a Sapphire Vapor/Dual X whether its a Ghz edition or not.

It could be just me, but those links go no where but to Newegg's main page.

Technically, the 7970 is better by a few frames. I doubt you'll really notice the difference between the two cards. I would say find one that has a steal of a deal and buy it.

Reviews: 7970 Ghz Edition (you can see reference 670 and 7970 in this review)

I believe it is voltage locked. I haven't tried to increase the voltage. I'm already running a 13% OC though, and am happy with its performance. At some point I'll play games with it (when the ASIC miners make GPU mining obsolete later this year), and will probably remove the overclock since my games don't need it.
In any event, pushing higher voltage is what tends to kill parts, and I have no need to take that risk.

Gtx 670 wait a week for the 700 series and prices will drop... If you can get a good deal on the 7970 get that there about equal but the 7970 is a tad faster but, the 670 will play better on different games as will the 7970.

The Sapphire 7970 Dual-X will run the coolest and quietest of those cards. However if you can afford it, the Vapor-X is the best cooling system out there besides aftermarket or Gigabytes crazy windforce.
