Hi, i am planning to buy a samsung laptop with AMD Radeon HD 7670M with 2 GB dedicated graphics memory, intel i7/quad core 2.3 Ghz with turbo boost up to 3.3 Ghz, and 8GB RAM. i am also planning to connect this laptop to an 18.5 inch monitor, my question is whether the above features of the laptop are enough for quality display on both the screens (the laptop screen and the 18.5 inch second screen)?

i will use the laptop only for basic browsing and absolutely no gaming or any other complex computer activities, just for simple browsing. Thanks!

yes that should be able to do it as well, using an extra display for browsing really isnt too graphically demanding. most integrated gpus can handle it, and you'll have a dedicated one so youll be fine (as long as you have the correct outputs at mentioned before)

You should be a-ok. Just about any graphics card can easily drive 2 or 3 (or more) screens these days if you don't ask for serious gaming. Double check to see that your laptop has a video output of the type your monitor can accept. Most laptops comes with a VGA/HDMI output these days.

Thanks very much both of you! could i ask one more question? would i get same quality display on both the monitors during basic browsing (no gaming etc) if i choose an intel i5 dual core 2.5 Ghz with turbo boost, 4 GB RAM, and the same radeon graphic mentioned earlier above ( AMD Radeon HD 7670M)? if this dual core i5 laptop is sufficient then i will buy this only instead of the i7 quadcore mentioned earlier above so that i can save some money.
